Fixes 2 bugs where the following interactions were missing:

inspect and maintain
replace broken/burnt object (during property owner events)
Because of that, it was hardly possible to sucessfully play as a property owner.

Unlocks the release skylatern for every Sim.

Bugfix for the hopscotch and marble games, so they will no longer attract riduiculous crowds that make the whole rest of the lot feel totally empty and useless.

This mod will thus make autonomy feel more balanced for hopscotch and marbles.

Sims will no longer autonomously use the slow cooker on residential lots.

Fixes the bug that Sim kids will not actually get a new marble when they successfully play for keeps.

This mod completely disables the property owner events as the toggle in Game Settings currently only works for tentant events.
